Returns
As dry fruits are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or tampered with.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product.
The product is damaged or leaking upon arrival.
You received a product that is expired or unsealed.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@groccy.in
with:
Your order ID
A clear photo/video of the issue

Exchanges
If your product qualifies under the conditions above, we will:
Exchange the item at no extra cost, OR
Issue a store credit/refund, based on your preference
Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and verify the details provided.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
Products returned after 24 hours of delivery
Opened, consumed, or used products
Products without original packaging
Orders placed by mistake or change of mind

Refund Process
Once your return or exchange is approved:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or via store credit
